For the month of February we will feature the work of two artists in association with WinterStomp on February 4th.
Kris Ekstrand Molesworth lives in the Skagit Valley and works in the media of painting and printmaking. She often employs the art of field journaling, drawing outside in a variety of locations in various weather conditions and on a large scale, particularly in the North Cascades and in the farm fields of the valley.
Todd Horton lives and paints in Edison. His work involves landscape, wildlife, and chance, sometimes all in the same composition. Horton works in large and small scale, with oil, graphite, and other experimental materials on canvas.
