tulees of Mount Vernon proudly presents their first annual fundraising fashion show, Fashions for Friendship, with proceeds benefiting Friendship House.
Designers will choose items from Friendship House's clothing donation room, and turn their uniquely creative ideas into fashion forward artwear. tulees owner, Katie Senff, will guide artists through the creative transformation process. Completed designs will be showcased at the fashion show where models will display the glamour of repurposed fashion.
Senff, creates eco-fashion in women's clothing and focuses on fabric-forward, vertical production and delivery to consumers. A Pacific Northwest based company, tulees is fanatic about environmental sustainability and ecology. An innovator of eco-fashion, tulees' use of "REPURPOSED" fabric makes them a pioneer in the industry.
Friendship House was founded in 1986 by caring Skagit County citizens to extend a hand to those in need. Friendship House is the largest source of emergency shelter provided to homeless individuals and families in Skagit County. Its mission is to feed, house, clothe and heal those in need.
The $50 premier ticket price includes a special pre-show reception with refreshments, reserved seating for the show, and other special perks! Pre-show reception starts at 6:00pm.
