The Lincoln Theatre presents new works by Anne Schreivogl. With her art she seeks to capture the unnoticed delights in life onto canvas, in a whimsical colorful style.
Schreivogl’s work can be found in the collections of the Seattle Aquarium, Island Hospital, and Anacortes Public Library among others. She actively juries and judges Northwest art shows. She was formerly an owner of Insights Gallery in Anacortes. She maintains her studio and residence in Anacortes with her partner, artist Alfred Currier.
“With my art I seek to transmit the joy I see and feel in everyday moments onto canvas. My last name, ‘Schreivogl’ means ‘screeching bird’ and birds often find their way into my art.”
